**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in fintech, or technology sectors.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of English.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 customer issues independently.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and follow up with users systematically.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, support ticketing tools, or workflow management platforms.
- Empathy and patience when handling user concerns and complaints.
- Basic understanding of cryptocurrency exchanges or willingness to learn quickly.
**Nice to have**:
- Prior experience in customer success or user onboarding roles.
- Experience with community management or moderating online forums such as Discord.
- Knowledge of DeFi, Web3, or cryptocurrency trading basics.
- Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk for ticketing and support.
- A knack for identifying user pain points and suggesting process improvements.
- Experience working in a remote-first or fast-paced startup environment.
- Multilingual abilities (e.g., proficiency in Hindi or other Indian regional languages).
