**Job Overview**:
The Sales Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone calls, promoting the company's products or services, generating sales leads, and maintaining a positive customer relationship. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to meet sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Outbound Calling**: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell the company’s products or services.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify sales leads, ensuring they meet the target market criteria.
- **Product Knowledge**: Understand the products/services offered by the company and confidently convey their features and benefits to potential customers.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to team sales targets.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- **Follow-ups**: Make follow-up calls to nurture leads and ensure the sales process progresses smoothly.
- **Data Entry & CRM Management**: Accurately log customer information, conversations, and sales activities into the CRM system.
- **Handling Objections**: Address customer concerns or objections professionally and effectively, persuading them to make a purchase or continue with the sales process.
- **Customer Retention**: Provide ongoing support to existing customers, ensuring they are satisfied and aware of additional services or products that may interest them.
- **Reporting**: Provide feedback to the management team on customer interactions, sales trends, and market feedback.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Graduate
- **Experience**: Prior experience in telemarketing or sales (preferably in outbound calling) is an advantage.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- **Sales Skills**: Strong ability to identify sales opportunities and close deals.
- **Customer-Oriented**: Ability to listen to customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Goal-Oriented**: Demonstrates a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- **Problem-Solving**: Capable of addressing and overcoming customer objections.
- **Positive Attitude**: Self-motivated, resilient, and able to maintain enthusiasm in the face of rejection.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 48 per week
