With more than 33,000 employees, the company generated sales of CHF 11.2 billion in 2023. **Overview** The procurement officer / executive will support procurement managers in areas of - Identification of potential sources - Maintaining procurement tools & processes - Support / preparing monthly reports - Documentation support - Data Analysis **Duties and Responsibilities**: - The procurement executive will report to Procurement Manager & will have following KRAs -_ - _ Support in procurement activities for _ - _Direct_ - _ Indirect _ - _Master data maintenance including _ - _Vendor & item introduction in ERP_ - Other documentation & audit support - _ Support procurement team in monthly MIS reports _ - _Specification agreements with vendors _ - _involves working with R&D team and vendors _ - _update specification agreements into supply risk management database_ - Risk rating & Risk mitigation plan - Upload/maintain in SIKA Business Intelligence platform - Maintain relevant data in Sika procurement platform **Qualifications/Experience**: - 2- 3 years’ experience in procurement, supply chain function in reputed multinational or local corporate organizations **Functional & Behavioral** - Good academic scores - Excellent communication skills (oral and written, English/National Language - to enable good quality vendor interactions) - Desirable - broad understanding of supply chain / procurement - Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills - Drive for results, good attitude & quality oriented - Strong team player - Good in Microsoft office tools (Excel & PowerPoint) and reporting - Passion: Good with numbers and enjoys working with data & analysis **Information Security**: - On the basis of the criticality and sensitivity in dealing with data and information in this place, this was classified as "normal".
