Reporting : Procurement Manager / COO

**Job Summery**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**

** Inventory Control**:
1. Oversee inventory control to optimize stock levels and ensure timely procurement.

2. Verify that purchased items meet required quality standards.

3. Develop and manage purchasing budgets to maintain fiscal responsibility.

** Sourcing**:
1. Purchase clinical and medical equipment, consumables, and utility items for clinics across all locations and ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.

2. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers.

3. Negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and pricing.

4. Collaborate with clinic teams to understand purchasing needs.

** Procurement Process Management**:
1. Manage the entire procurement lifecycle, from Indenting to Purchase Order (PO) generation and payment for all clinic locations.

2. Create and implement strategies to optimize procurement processes to ensure cost effectiveness

and timely delivery of goods and services.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

** Documentation**:
1. Maintain accurate records of supplier information, purchase orders, and related

documentation.

1. Any Graduate with minimum 2-4 years of experience Purchase (Preference in Healthcare

Industry).

2. You should be good in understanding in Clinical and parameters of all healthcare items

equipment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
