**Procurement executive/purchase officer**

Department: Procurement / Supply Chai

Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1.Execute end-to-end procurement activities for goods and services.

2.Source and evaluate suppliers/vendors based on price, quality, service, and reliability.

3.Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to ensure optimal cost savings.

4.Raise purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely supply of materials.

5.Coordinate with internal departments (Engineering, Project, Finance, etc.) to forecast procurement needs.

6.Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.

7.Monitor and enforce compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

8.Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure supplier performance.

9.dentify cost reduction opportunities and implement effective procurement strategies.

10.Handle invoice discrepancies and coordinate with the finance team for timely payments.

Key Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or related field.

2. 4-5 years of hands-on procurement experience in preferably industrial, manufacturing, or construction sectors.

3. Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

4. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

5.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,730.51 - ₹40,190.33 per month
