**Job Summary**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies for real estate projects to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials, equipment, and services.
- Source and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and agreements to obtain the best terms and pricing.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including project managers, architects, and engineers, to determine procurement needs and specifications.
- Manage the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and availability of materials and services.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the procurement function.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and vendor performance evaluations.
- Monitor vendor performance and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the procurement process.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely receipt and storage of procured materials and equipment.
- Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to procurement and real estate development.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Real Estate, or related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build effective relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CPSM, CSCP).
- Experience with real estate development processes and project management.
- Familiarity with sustainable procurement practices and green building standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
