Job Title: Guest Relation Executive - Real Estate - Thane

Job Responsibility:
1. Maintain cordial relations with customers.
2.regular after sales follow up and handle customer grievances, complaints and claims.
3. Ensuring all details of guests are taken on guest information form.
4. Handling guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner.
5.To look after arrangements of Club house items.
6. To ensure that proper hospitality service is given to the clients/visitors. 7.To ensure that the sitting arrangement in overall office premises i.e., meeting room, conference room etc. are maintained in proper order.
8.Handling the couriers. i.e., receiving & making the courier entries & delivering it to the right person.
9.Coordinate with Site Engineer, Plumbers and Electricians for resolving customer complaint
10. Should work closely with sales team and provide any support required.11. Should be able to handle admin activities for the Sales office including petty cash, maintaining stock etc.

Key Skills:
Mandatory: Working on SFDC software will be an added advantage

She should be from real estate background only

Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate
