- Greeting guestsThe guest relation executive is the first person guests see when they arrive at the hotel.
- Managing reservationsThe guest relation executive helps manage reservations and coordinates check-in and check-out procedures.
- Addressing guest concernsThe guest relation executive handles guest complaints and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Providing customer serviceThe guest relation executive provides excellent customer service and ensures guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
- LeadershipSome guest relation executives are in managerial positions and lead other employees.
- Problem solvingThe guest relation executive identifies problems guests are having, creates a plan to resolve them, and follows through with guests.
- CommunicationThe guest relation executive has excellent communication skills and is able to manage customer complaints and communicate with employees.
- Customer-oriented attitudeThe guest relation executive is dependable and customer-focused, and maintains a cheerful attitude.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
