**Job Title**: Guest Service Associate - Housekeeping (GSA - Housekeeping)

**Job Summary**:
The Guest Service Associate - Housekeeping plays a key role in ensuring guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, responding to guest requests, and delivering exceptional service during their stay. The GSA - Housekeeping serves as a point of contact between the guest and the housekeeping department to provide a comfortable, clean, and safe environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome guests and attend to their housekeeping-related inquiries or requests with a courteous and professional attitude.
- Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and service areas are clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped according to hotel standards.
- Monitor and coordinate room status with the front office to ensure timely check-in and check-out readiness.
- Handle guest complaints related to cleanliness or housekeeping services promptly and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of guest requests, room status, and any maintenance issues.
- Report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment to the housekeeping supervisor for prompt repair.
- Support the housekeeping team by inspecting rooms after cleaning to ensure proper standards are met.
- Educate guests about hotel facilities and services related to housekeeping, such as laundry service, amenities, etc.
- Assist in inventory management of housekeeping supplies and inform the supervisor when replenishment is needed.
- Follow all safety, health, and hygiene standards as per hotel policies.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality is a plus.
- Prior experience in housekeeping or guest service role in the hospitality industry preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge for reporting and coordinating with other departments.

**Reporting to**: Housekeeping Supervisor / Executive Housekeeper

**Salary**: Mention salary or As per industry standards

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
