**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Finding and developing new markets.
- Build Key Customer Relationship and design growth strategy for the portfolio aligned.
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Generate new RFQ
- Working on RFQ/RFP - Get target /current sales prices, Submit quotes and proposals & settle as per Varroc profitability norms for new or existing Clients/ Customers
- Establishing and developing relationships and activities that increase Varroc’s new business opportunities in quantity, quality and magnitude.
- Generate new ideas and solutions liaising with customers, Plants and Varroc Leadership
- Working closely with Plant Heads/ Technical resources to ensure timely completion of Business Development initiatives in support of Business Growth Strategies and develop opportunities into routine sales.
- Create and maintain up-to-date market, sales and financial forecasts to support reporting and assessment of business activities.
- Create and implement a networking strategy that will support the generation of new sales opportunities. Identify and recommend or participate in relevant conferences, business & technical seminars, trade meetings, etc. to make new contacts and identify new business development opportunities.
- Develop market information including competing products, technologies and companies, market size, growth, profitability, product costs, product specifications, and customer needs, etc.
- Sales Budget preparation and releasing three to five years rolling plan with Volume clarity & intelligence.
- Track & Maintain SOB’s (Share of Business) in existing Business.
- Raw Material & Fx Price impact monitoring and P.O amendments as per agreed/Establish terms with Customers
- Organizing Technical meetings and New Project reviews, Recovery to ensure on time deliveries.
- RFQ Generation, Costing, estimation, Pricing decision and Business Case Proposals. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Give clarity to team of each new business cases with Price /Profitability /Volumes.
- Get approvals from managements for business cases before triggering new business.

**Job Requirement**

**Qualification**
- Minimum Qualification required: Graduate - BE, BTech
- Qualifications preferred: MBA in Marketing and Automotive background.
