Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets for revenue growth, market share, and customer acquisition.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and ensure the company’s competitive edge.
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to drive performance, productivity, and engagement.
Provide coaching and training to sales team members to ensure high levels of sales effectiveness.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners.
Identify and pursue opportunities to deepen relationships with existing customers while attracting new clients.
Sales Operations & Reporting:
Oversee the development of sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.
Implement CRM systems to streamline sales processes and track performance.
Collaboration with Production & Marketing:
Work closely with the production and design teams to ensure alignment between customer demand, product availability, and production capacity.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional strategies that drive sales growth.
Market Expansion & Innovation:
Explore new market segments and geographic regions for expansion.
Promote innovation in product offerings and sales strategies to align with changing customer preferences and market dynamics.
**Requirements**:
**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
**Experience**:
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the furniture manufacturing or related industry.
