Position: DGM / GM - Sales & Operations (EdTech)

Location: Ludhiana

**Salary**: 65,000 pm to 85,000 pm

**You would be responsible for**

overall management of all centres run by company

design and plan for monthly, quarterly and annual operating plans covering quality control, student impact metrics & business delivery

manage day to day operations including resource management, controlling budgets, resolving operating bottlenecks

**Skills we require**

be able to work in a start-up / young company environment

excellent interpersonal & communication skills

passion for and thorough understanding of academic delivery & cluster management processes

have strong execution discipline and time and productivity management skills

have 8+ years of experience in relevant roles

be very upto date on technology tools that can multiply productivity including CRM, ERP, Audit and more

enjoy managing large teams and driving operating and business impact through the centres and teams

**Salary**: ₹65,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
