What You'll Do:

  • Drive end-to-end sales in your territory (Ludhiana, Jalandhar & surrounding region)
  • Meet school principals, decision-makers & pitch Codju's curriculum
  • Deliver impactful demos, presentations, and teacher trainings
  • Build strong relationships with school leaders & internal teams
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, report weekly metrics
  • Champion Codju's mission to empower schools with the best ICT education

What We're Looking For:

  • 2–8 years of experience in
    EdTech / ICT books / Curriculum Sales
  • Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills
  • Strong track record of target achievement
  • Ability to train teachers and engage school teams confidently
  • High ownership mindset and desire to grow with the company
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred in Business/Marketing/Education)
