Job Title: Area Sales Manager [ Medical Devices]

Location: Panjab

Experience: 4–7 years in Medical Device / Pharma Sales (with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead and drive sales operations for our medical device portfolio and surrounding regions. The role involves managing a team of Medical Representatives, achieving sales targets, building strong hospital and doctor relationships, and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Medical Representatives within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute area sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct field visits with team members to monitor performance and provide guidance.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to support decision-making.
  • Ensure effective implementation of promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance reviews.

Requirements:

  • B.Pharm / Life Sciences and related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
