Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Area Sales Manager to drive garment bookings at retail brand outlets through a well-established distribution network. This role is critical in managing and growing sales in the assigned territory, building strong relationships with distributors and retail partners, and achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align bookings with brand strategies, seasonal calendars, and merchandising plans.
- Ensure timely booking closures through structured distributor and retailer engagement.
Distribution Network Development:
- Identify, appoint, and manage distributors to expand market penetration.
- Monitor distributor performance, inventory, and financial health.
- Train and support distributors to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Sales & Target Achievement:
- Deliver sales targets for the assigned area through effective planning and execution.
- Track area-wise, brand-wise, and product category-wise performance.
- Manage trade promotions and schemes to drive bookings and sales.
Retailer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail brand decision-makers.
- Ensure brand visibility and preference at key booking touchpoints.
- Address retailer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Market Intelligence & Reporting:
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
- Provide feedback to the product and planning teams to align offerings with market demand.
- Generate regular sales, booking, and market performance reports.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹27, ₹40,000.00 per month
