**About Us**

Designerrs Academy provides a safe learning space for designers across the world. We are trying to make design education accessible for everyone by providing learning experiences and training programs for User Experience and User Interface Design, Design Thinking, Interaction Design, Visual
Design, Designing for Immersive Experience (VR, AR, XR), Voice UX, and other specializations.

Our learning pedagogy involves Hands-on activities, Live projects, Gamified teaching methods, and curriculums designed by our learning experience design team under the guidance of experts from the industry such as Samsung, Microsoft, Google, Cisco, Byjus, Thoughtworks, and alumni from NIDs and IITs.

Our 20K+ Community consists of students and professionals from various backgrounds such as Product
Design, Product Management, Product Marketing, Engineering, Business Management, HR, Sales, Retail who want to move to more creative career paths. With a vision to "Democratize Design Education", we are focused on creating the Next Million Designers and helping them become better problem solvers.

**Responsibilities**

1. Design unique learning experiences and concepts around Immersive Media like AR, VR.

2. Inform and participate in product decisions from definition to launch (and after), working at both a strategic and tactical level.

3. Plan and lead UX design activities, from initial requirements to research, analysis, documentation, wire-framing, and usability testing.

4. Collaborate efficiently with Product Managers, the Marketing team, and the Leadership team.

5. Follow and Improve the Design Systems and Processes

6. Stay abreast of the latest design trends, technologies and share your knowledge with team members

7. Push the envelope every day to innovate for the better.

8. Participate in outreach to the company by teaching, telling stories, and creating experiences.

**Skills**

1. Understanding of 3D Concepts, Space and Environment Design and concepts.

2. Understanding of Design Principles and Process for AR/VR Environments.

3. Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Spark AR, Adobe Aero, Unity, Blender

4. A deep understanding of the end-to-end iterative UX process (personas, scenarios, wireframing, and high fidelity visuals).

5. A passion for solving design problems while - owning all facets of design (strategy, art direction, interaction design, and research).

6. Experience working in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
