**Job Summary**:
The Telecaller B2B Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, and converting potential business clients into customers. This role involves pitching products or services, understanding the needs of businesses, and maintaining strong relationships with prospects to close sales and meet revenue targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**:

- Identify and research potential business clients through online databases, company directories, and other resources.
- Initiate contact with decision-makers to create a pipeline of potential business opportunities.
- **Outbound Calling**:

- Make cold calls to prospective businesses to introduce products or services.
- Engage in consultative selling by understanding the needs of clients and offering relevant solutions.
- **Sales Pitch**:

- Present product features, benefits, and pricing to business customers.
- Address objections and answer queries to influence the decision-making process.
- **Follow-Up**:

- Maintain a record of all communications with potential clients.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target businesses.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- **Sales Targets**:

- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Work with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for achieving sales goals.
- **Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance and lead status.

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and persuade clients.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
- A positive attitude and self-motivation to achieve sales targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
- Proven experience in telecalling or B2B sales (1-3 years of experience).
- Knowledge of the industry related to the product or service being sold is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
