We are looking to hire a Special Projects Coordinator to join our growing Key Accounts and Production Support Team.

This person will be assigned to the mid shift (16:00 PM - 01:00 AM **AEST)** and will have to have a great deal of knowledge of** Photo Editing and being an all around photoshop guru.**

- Overseeing Production - specific scope of responsibilities for special projects assigned by the Key Accounts team and Management.
- Helps with guide creation, talking to editors, and training them.
- Manages project communications with all parties involved, including clients, by providing information that is clear, complete, and explicit.
- Complete photo editing tasks - HDR, Item Removal, Colour Change, Image Enhancement, Day to Dusk edits to a high quality standard.
- Create, maintain, and develop training materials for editors such as design style guides, editing approaches, Templates, technical methods, and guidelines.
- Displays initiative to maximize time with other productive tasks i.e., assisting team members while not working on existing projects
- Manage communication channels with all parties involved in the project (Key Accounts, New Clients, Managers, Team Leaders, Editors, etc)
- Collaborate with the Manager regarding Project updates through recurring weekly and monthly reports.
- Proposes process and tech improvement plans to Managers through conducting deep dive analysis of job flows and editor quality of work.
- Effectively collaborates with team leaders, Team Managers, and other high-level members of the organization to schedule training and share learnings of recently completed projects.
- Established a good relationship with leaders and all departments built upon our core values.
