Product Support Specialist(Remote/Hybrid | Full-time | 1–3 Years Experience)Empower learners. We're looking for a Product Support Specialist to help us create world-class learner-facing content, ensure smooth learning journeys, and support our growing learning community.

What You'll DoCreate & Organize Learning Content:Build solution videos, session notes, slide decks (Canva/PPT), and FAQs.Maintain a well-structured repository of learner queries for quick, reliable support.Ensure Quality Learning Experiences:Review recorded sessions to identify experience gaps and suggest improvements.Support & Onboard Learners & Teams:Assist new users and internal team members with training and onboarding.Leverage AI for Smarter Workflows:Use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity to optimize support, content creation, and analysis.

What You'll Need1–3 years of experience in support, learning operations, education, or client-facing roles.Strong communication skills — confident speaking on camera during live sessions.Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends during live learning programs.Hands-on expertise with:AI tools & platforms (for SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python, Machine Learning – intermediate level)Google Sheets, Forms, DocsCanva (for presentations and visuals)

Bonus Points ForPrior experience in teaching, training, or peer learning environments.Exposure to LMS platforms or creating educational/support content.Experience managing learner communication workflows or CRM systems.A portfolio, GitHub, or content samples showcasing writing, training, or support work.
