**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Onboarding & Support**:
Drive product adoption by proactively following up with users and resolving any onboarding-related concerns.- Monitor user activity and ensure system engagement and account health.

**Operations & Issue Resolution**:

- Support daily operational tasks and ensure product issues are resolved within defined SLAs.Collaborate with internal teams (Tech, Product, Ops) to resolve escalated issues end-to-end.
- Keep detailed records of user interactions and issues in internal systems.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).0-1 year of experience in customer support, operations, or training roles.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in **English and Hindi** (knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus).Confident phone presence with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively.Basic proficiency in **MS Excel** and **PowerPoint**; familiarity with **Google Workspace** (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain attention to detail.
- Comfort in interacting with new people across various backgrounds and roles

**Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)**:

- Experience with customer onboarding tools or CRM systems.
- Basic understanding of procurement or vendor management processes.
