- Minimum 2 years of experience in a product support or technical support role
- Follow established support processes and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong technical background, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good documentation skills
- Ability to work in flexible hours
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Resolution confirmation and closure within SLA
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PPT to prepare data analysis reports such as reported ticket closed, pending and unresolved status, documentation of customer need and presentation.
**Good to have requirements**:
- Basic knowledge of server-side development technologies such as Java and Python
- Experience with Journals and Books
- Experience with content domain and content management systems
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software such as Zohodesk and
JIRA.
- Exposure to AWS
