About the Role:

We are seeking a Product Manager with a strong background in Customer-Facing B2C Products, ideally within the wellness and health tech sectors. Experience in a startup environment is highly preferred. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on executor, capable of translating business objectives into impactful product solutions that drive growth, conversion, and customer satisfaction.

This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams across Business Technology, Product Strategy, and Customer Experience to deliver innovative digital solutions that elevate the overall user journey.

Key Responsibilities:

· Drive end-to-end product development and enhancement for B2C platforms.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver impactful product features.

· Develop and execute product roadmaps aligned with business growth and customer needs.

· Analyze user data and feedback to optimize conversion rates and retention.

· Implement growth strategies that directly contribute to revenue and engagement goals.

· Partner with business and technical teams to ensure seamless product strategy execution.

· Stay current on wellness, health tech, and emerging digital trends to influence product innovation.

· Ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement of assigned product lines.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field is preferred.

· 5–6 years of experience in product engineering or product management roles, preferably in wellness or health tech industries. Also preferred to have experience working in a startup.

· Proven experience in B2C product environments with a focus on growth and conversion optimization.

· Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution.

· Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

· Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering high-impact digital experiences.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
