Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle of learning programs, from ideation to launch and iteration.
  • Create and maintain high-quality presentation decks (PPTs) and learning materials aligned with curriculum goals.
  • Lead and manage trainer enablement, including onboarding, content walkthroughs, and training sessions on curated material.
  • Define and enforce standards for teaching quality, delivery consistency, and learner experience.
  • Act as a program leader, ensuring alignment between content, trainers, and organizational goals.
  • Attend and represent the organization at in-person graduation ceremonies and key program events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including curriculum, operations, marketing, and leadership.
  • Collect feedback from trainers and learners to improve content, delivery methods, and outcomes.
  • Track program performance using qualitative and quantitative metrics.

Required Skills & Competencies (Industry Standard)Core Product Management Skills

  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management
  • Ability to translate business and learner needs into structured content and deliverables
  • Experience with stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration
  • Data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement mindset

Content & Program Skills

  • Expertise in creating professional PPTs and documentation
  • Experience in curriculum design, training programs, or education products
  • Ability to standardize content and delivery across multiple trainers

Leadership & Communication

  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to mentor and guide trainers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Capability to set clear expectations and maintain high standards

Tools & Technical Skills

  • Presentation tools: PowerPoint / Google Slides / Keynote
  • Documentation & collaboration tools: Notion, Confluence, Google Docs
  • Project tracking tools: Jira, Trello, Asana, or equivalent
  • Basic understanding of analytics and feedback tracking

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Education, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, or EdTech roles
  • Experience working with trainers, instructors, or subject-matter experts is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base compensation
  • Additional earning potential of ₹30,000–₹50,000 based on performance and program outcomes

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹5, ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 120 per week
