We think of this role as an entrepreneur as much as being a Recruiter. But instead of building a company from scratch, you get to come in after we’ve gone through the pains of getting to $1M ARR while figuring out early market-product fit. You get to directly take on the challenge of scaling a business from $1M to $10M revenue in 2.5 years & beyond.
**The opportunity you’ll go after**
- When you use Amazon, Netflix or Spotify, the apps create a user experience that’s personalized to you as an individual customer. Everyone else is working to catch up, that’s why marketers are spending over $25B a year to build such personalized experiences.
The companies that have the hardest time catching up to this personalisation wave are businesses with a physical presence like retailers because of the weak data setups & lack of technology focus.
- Due to COVID, these retailers are now undergoing a digital transformation & that’s created a massive need to invest in technology to better understand customer behavior & create personalized experiences & marketing for those customers.
This shift of physical retailers to invest in digital & personalisation is creating a new market opportunity that’s now larger than ever before at $1.1B in the APAC region and the market opportunity is growing fast to over $2B in just 5 years.

**Own the entire recruitment for Xeno**

**What you'll own**
You will have the ownership & the freedom to run the entire recruitment process. You will work alongside the head of people operations & our CEO to work on the recruitment plan, but here are some ideas of what we expect that'll involve.
2) Managing the entire hiring process from sourcing through offer acceptance and start providing guidance and support to hiring managers and recruiting team members
- 3) Conduct and improve cultural fitment interviews so we attract the best fit people
4) Constantly attract, screen, and introduce a diverse pool of applicants
5) Meet and exceed quarterly and yearly acquisition targets - mainly through sourcing directly and driving employee referrals
**What we are looking for**:
1) 1-4 years of work experience in recruiting.
2) Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
3) Hands on experience with Applicant tracking systems
4) Familiarity with job boards, databases, and management systems
5) Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc. in a virtual environment)
