
Customer Service Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Assistance**:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
- Address customer inquiries regarding product features, pricing, availability, and promotions.
- Help customers with product selections, suggest alternatives, or recommend products based on their preferences.
- **Issue Resolution**:
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a calm, professional manner.
- Provide solutions to problems such as returns, exchanges, or faulty products.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by offering alternatives, resolving issues promptly, or escalating to management when necessary.
- **Sales Support**:
- Promote sales by offering upsells, cross-sells, or product recommendations.
- Assist customers with completing transactions at the point of sale.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to ensure a pleasant shopping environment.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Stay informed about the store's product range, promotions, and any upcoming sales or offers.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and maintenance requirements.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build positive relationships with regular customers to encourage repeat business.
- Encourage customers to sign up for loyalty programs or newsletters to keep them informed about new products and deals.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Process customer returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with store policies.
- Maintain accurate transaction records, customer interactions, and inventory status.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with store staff, including supervisors and managers, to meet customer needs.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving customer service processes.
- **Store Presentation**:
- Ensure that store displays are visually appealing and well-stocked.
- Assist in replenishing stock as needed and maintain an orderly store environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
