We're looking for an HR Executive Cum Customer Support Executive to join our food processing company. This is a unique dual-role position where you'll be responsible for both human resources functions and providing excellent customer support.

Responsibilities

Human Resources (HR)

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, and help resolve workplace conflicts.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Performance Management:
  • Assist in performance appraisal processes and provide support for employee development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Customer Support

  • Customer Communication:
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about our food products, their preparation, and our company policies.
  • Problem Resolution:
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues related to orders, product quality, or delivery.
  • Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department (e.g., quality control, logistics) and follow up to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
  • Customer Feedback Analysis:
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in our products and services.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
