**About the team**:Paytm Ads is Paytm's digital advertising vertical that offers innovative ad solutions to clients across industries It offers advertisers the opportunity to engage with 300Mn+ users who interact with over 200 payment & retail services, online and offline - offered on the Paytm app. Paytm Ads maps the user transactions to their lifestyle choices and creates customized segmentation cohorts for sharp shooting ad campaigns to the most relevant TG.

**Expectations/ Requirements
We are hiring for the role of **Government Events. **The responsibilities would be as follows:

- Create/ideate sponsorship opportunities (event marketing packages) for special events/programs, and cultivate, procure and manage sponsors, partners, and specific vendors.
- Ideate and create IP’s, Tie up with govts/brand for long term association on event sponsorship.
- Cultivate and manage strong business relationships with current and potential sponsors.
- Meet and exceed projections, schedules, and timelines
- Identify and prioritize sponsorship opportunities.
- Manage Sponsor, Partner, and Vendor relationships via quality communication.
- Assist in the preparation and design of sponsorship sales.
