We are urgently looking for a **Guest Relation Executive** for one of the **Indian multinational conglomerate **for **Mumbai **location.

**Experience:

**Job Description:

- **
- **Customer Interaction**: Engage with potential customers, both in person and over the phone, to understand their needs, answer their queries, and provide them with relevant information about the real estate projects.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and nurture relationships with prospective buyers, existing customers, and channel partners to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. This involves regular follow-ups, maintaining a database of customer interactions, and providing personalized service.
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team in generating leads and converting them into actual sales. Provide support in terms of coordination, documentation, and paperwork required for the sales process.
- **Property Presentations**: Conduct property tours and presentations for potential buyers, showcasing the features, benefits, and unique selling points of the real estate projects. This involves explaining the floor plans, amenities, pricing, payment options, and any other relevant details.
