This role requires passion to understand system changes and new capabilities and tie them to operations processes by creating training materials and providing trainings to operations teams. Focus on BoW to coordinate, track, and drive system Sanity and PVT.
The role requires providing visibility to senior management on the changes and corresponding commercialization and realization of RoI.

This role is aligned to Penang working hours.

**Responsibilities**:

- PVT Coordination for all Trade products.
- Sanity Coordination for Payable Financing, Receivable Financing, Loans along with testing Sign off coordination.
- Demo and Training for new functions and creation of training material.
- Training of Ops users on existing product processor functions.
- Expertise to be developed for Trade Products, Operations Processes across CSF, ARDF, TRIMS, Imaging, OCR.
- Critical Production issues escalation and tracking.
- Ad hoc Ops projects coordination.
- SME support to Ops for all Trade Products and systems.
- Commercialization tracking and reporting.
- Provide expert transaction input for deliverables from internal and external clients.
- Contribute to projects and provide feedback for all project related activities as directed
- Develop and recommend strategic decisions based off in-depth comprehension of how the Trade Operations team interacts with others business unites in accomplishing objectives
- Influence decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating others in area
- Evaluate moderately complex issues with substantial potential impact
- Provide guidance or on-the-job-training to new team members

**Knowledge and Experience**:

- 5-8 years of experience in a related role in trade operations and management
- Effective verbal and written skills
- Effective communication and analytical skills

**Qualification**:

- Bachelors Degree or a Masters Degree.

**Skills**:

- Organizational and co-ordination skills - Strong inter-personal and stakeholder management skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills - Effective Documentation & Presentation skills.

**Competencies**:

- Confidence, Positive approach, and Self-motivation.
- Ability to engage confidently with Global and Regional partners.
- Enthusiasm, Commitment and Strong desire to work in Operations & Technology.
