**Responsibilities**:

- PVT Coordination
- Sanity Coordination
- Tracking BoW for Trade
- Demo and Training for new functions and training material creation.
- Expertise to be developed for Trade Products, Operations Processes and systems like CSF, ARDF, TRIMS, Imaging, OCR, CSF, CitiDirect, TAOS, GPOS, CitiConnect, GTOAP, GIS, TDMS, etc.
- Critical issues escalation
- Ad hoc Ops projects coordination
- SME support to Ops
- BRD / FRD review
- Testing Sign off coordination
- Commercialization tracking
- Coordinating UAT Test scenarios walkthrough
- CD PVT execution
- Operational efficiency programs

**Qualifications**:

- 2-4 years of experience in a related role
- Demonstrated experience with cash management processing and transaction services
- Effective verbal, written, communication and analytical skills
- Effective management, influencing and relationship skills

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
