Position Purpose

Provide operational and middle-office support to Front Office Equities Trading desks by ensuring accurate and timely trade allocation, confirmation, and processing. Act as a key contact between Front Office, Back Office, Sales, and Clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front-to-back trade lifecycle for equity trades.
  • Execute trade amendments, reversals, and booking corrections.
  • Ensure timely trade confirmation and processing with minimal risk.
  • Liaise with Front Office, Back Office, Finance, and technical teams.
  • Support electronic and algorithmic trading operations.
  • Maintain strong controls and adhere to tight deadlines.
  • Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal middle/back-office queries.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

  • 2+ years in an operational support or middle-office role.
  • Experience in IB Equity Operations, ideally Trade Support.
  • Exposure to algorithmic/electronic trading is advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and adaptable to multiple systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Equity products, middle/back-office systems, and controls.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
  • Risk-aware and detail-oriented mindset.
