Job Description:

The Trading Operations team requires a seasoned professional with years of experience in the area of Capital Markets and responsible for supporting the daily trading activities on the Exchange, ensuring smooth functioning of trading systems and adherence to regulatory requirements. This role involves monitoring systems, resolving issues, and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders. One should possess strong analytical skills, diligence and sound understanding of operations and trading processes (experience of working at an Exchange will be preferable)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of trading systems and business parameters.
  • Provide first line support to trading participants regarding trading platform.
  • Consult with technology teams to report and troubleshoot system-related incidents.
  • Ensure adherence to exchange rules, regulations, and compliance procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Participate in testing new trading system functionalities and upgrades.
  • Contribute for new products creation, including regulatory approval and liase with technology team for roll out.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of trading operations processes and procedures.
  • Experience in various exchange segments including, Equity, Equity Derivatives, Fixed Income, Currency Derivatives and Commodity Derivatives.
  • Implementation of regulatory circular and guidelines.
