Description
Well versed in trade finance and foreign exchange (UCPDC, URC, URR, FEMA & RBI Regulatory guidelines) and possessing broad understanding of banking operations with emphasis on Trade Finance operations in line with regulatory requirements.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, problem solving capabilities & positive attitude.
- Should display confidence in handling queries related to Trade Finance and Operations related domain.
- Should be well versed with Current as well as Capital account transactions (FDI, ODI, ECB), handling and advisory related. Has knowledge of EDPMS/IDPMS.
- Collaborating with Business Groups & Technology Groups within the organization in development of systems and platforms with a focus as per market demand/competitors offering to the clients and thereby meeting clients dynamic requirements with appropriate system control.
- Strong ability to scale up in fast paced and demanding environment and adept in scaling up to meet organizational needs.
- Should be able to identify the associated risks and identification of gaps in the process and risk mitigation. Should be having awareness of OFAC, FIU, AML, sanctions and other compliance-related matters.
- Fairly good knowledge of computer skills and should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and power point
- Advise to the external and internal clients on the matters relating to fema compliance on Capital account transactions.
- Liaise with RBI and other regulators in order to obtain approval for all matter relating to FEMA, etc
- Liaise with other departments (Audit/Compliance/Business, etc)
- Guide the India branches and team at Middle office in various Trade finance related matters.
- Advise Business on the Trade related matters from regulations point of view.
- Help to resolve Customer Complaints.
- Preparation of MIS and presentations to management.
- Preparation of SOPs for various production in consultation with the various stakeholders.

Education Level: Bachelor Degree or equivalent (>= 3 years)
- Experience Level: At least 3 years
