**Position**: Technical Sales Specialist

**Location**: Bengaluru

**Experience**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation & Prospecting**:
Identify, qualify, and engage with potential leads through various channels (outbound sales, networking, inbound marketing, referrals, etc.) primarily within North America and Europe.
**Sales Cycle Management**:
Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact through to closing the deal, ensuring a smooth transition from lead generation to revenue generation.
**Customer Needs Analysis**:
Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client requirements and pain points, offering tailored software and mechanical solutions.
**Collaboration with Internal Teams**: Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align sales strategies and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
**Market Research & Competitor Analysis**:Stay up to date with market trends, industry needs, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies effectively.
**Client Relationship Management**:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring satisfaction to drive repeat business and referrals.

**Preferred Skills**:
**Proposal Creation & Negotiation**:
Develop compelling proposals, quotations, and technical documentation. Collaborate with engineering teams to create custom solutions based on client needs.
**RFP/RFQ Responses**:
Lead the preparation and submission of comprehensive responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotes (RFQs), ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer specifications.
**Estimates & Pricing**:
Provide accurate pricing and cost estimates for solutions, working with internal teams to ensure competitive pricing while maintaining profitability.
**Sales Reporting**: Track sales performance and progress against revenue targets, providing regular reports to the Sales Manager/Director.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in technical sales, with a strong background in both software and mechanical product sales.
Proven track record in lead generation, full sales cycle management, proposal creation, and responding to RFPs/RFQs.
Experience working in North American and European markets, with a strong understanding of their business landscapes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong time management and organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
