**Role description**:
Reporting to Senior Manager, Learning & Organization Effectiveness (L&OE) and working as a part of a larger People and Community Practice.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Proficient to work with learning systems (LMS), tools, MS Office Word, Excel & PowerPoint in order to periodically report progress and status on new hire trainings, training need analysis and effectiveness measure to leadership and stake holders.
- Competency to schedule and organize internal training offerings ensuring that participants are registered and equipped with the information/materials required to fully engage in the training delivery.
- Competency to design content for learning courses with defined objectives and modules.
Competency to coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to plan, organize and enable delivery of training programs.
- Coordinate and manage vendor contracts, meeting logistics including setting up live meetings, virtual meetings, video conference etc.
- Undertake analysis of financial data associated with L&OE including budgets, actual spend and estimates to completions. Provide packs for presentation to L&OE Leader.
- Prior work experience as a Training Coordinator or similar role is a must.
- Hands-on experience working in a corporate or learning consulting firm.
- Administer the Clearrly1 and L&OE mailboxes.
- 3-5 years of relevant learning & development experience is recommended.
