**Description**:
Job Summary
- The Quality Associate I is responsible for assisting the Quality Lead in ensuring excellence within the Systems & Software (SAS) practice, including all projects it maintains, in order to remain compliant with internal (AMPed & SMF) and external (ISO) standards. Daily activities include performing Audit Readiness Reviews of all SAS projects, creating project repositories and tools as well as providing user access, and cleaning up user access where necessary.

Essential Functions
- Assists the Quality Lead in tracking the status of SAS projects in Execution, running gap analysis and other reports as directed
- Performs the Audit Readiness Review of all SAS projects on a quarterly basis, ensuring that each project follows AMPed processes and maintained by the PM.
- Reports all identified gaps and action items to the Quality Lead and provides feedback to the Project Manager as needed
- Attends all project Gate review meetings. Each month a different subset of projects is reviewed.
- Creates, updates, and archives SharePoint project folders, including granting and removing user access
- Run internal user access audits of our SharePoint and Atlassian CMS as directed by the Quality Lead, and performing any subsequent cleanup activities
- Other duties as assigned by management
