**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for TMT bars, structural steels, and pipes.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients in the construction industry.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales of construction materials, preferably steel products.
- Strong understanding of the construction industry and its material needs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.
