**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **sales calls** to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Set up and coordinate **in-person meetings** with clients for business development.
- Manage **day-to-day operations**, ensuring smooth order processing and client servicing.
- Maintain and update **customer databases** with accurate sales records.
- Coordinate with **internal teams** for timely order fulfillment and logistics.
- Assist in **follow-ups on payments, invoices, and client queries**.
- Prepare **sales reports and performance updates** for management review.
- Ensure excellent **verbal and written communication** in all client interactions.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration** (mandatory).
- Strong **communication skills** (both verbal and written).
- Prior experience in **sales and administration** (Steel trading industry preferred).
- Ability to **multi-task and handle client relationships efficiently**.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)**.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
