Sales Associate - Water Waste Treatment Plant
Position: Sales & Marketing Professional
Location: West Delhi ( Naraina)
Type: Full-Time
We are leading player in the field of water waste treatment, dedicated to providing innovative solutions for sustainable water management. We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Professional to join our team and drive growth in both B2B and B2C segments.
Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets in both B2B and B2C sectors.
- Identify and target potential clients, including businesses in need of efficient water waste treatment solutions and environmentally conscious consumers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience from sale to implementation.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, product demonstrations, and presentations to clients.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase our solutions and enhance brand visibility.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to effectively position our offerings in the market.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to the management team.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the water treatment or environmental industry.
**Skills**:
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of water waste treatment technologies and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
- A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle (bike) for business travel.
Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary range of $22,000 to $25,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to the base salary, the position offers a generous incentive structure based on achieving sales targets and business growth.
