**Job Overview**
We are looking for a well-groomed, friendly, enthusiastic, intelligible, Casino Marketing Executive. Who would study, observe and understand the business and accordingly find, develop, design, marketing strategies and methods to accommodate new and existing guests with bookings, querying about reservations, casino hosting, Reception, and other departments related to casino guests.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet guests promptly and politely upon arrival
- Present information clearly and describe casino programs and promotions to guests and agents.
- This position is responsible for handling casino reservations, explaining casino offers, promotions, and events to guests.
- Ensure efficient and proper service for VIP guests.
- Work in a professional manner and capacity as a team member
- Provide effective communication with all team members regarding casino promotions and events.
- Assist guests with any questions or information that they might need.
- The individual must be able to stand, move and work throughout the office area
- Assist in the execution of all promotions and events.
- Assists the Casino Services Manager and other dept. With multiple projects, both administrative and technical.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested.
**Job Requirements**
- Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in hospitality environment, excellent communication and written skills.
- Freshers with good knowledge can apply.
- Knowledge of computer functions: Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Possess excellent skills in people management.
- Must be able to think independently and resolve customer issues on the spot, calmly and professionally.
- Flexible working hours
