We are seeking a skilled and motivated Marketing Executive with 3-5 years of experience in selling precision sheet metal components to Electric motor companies. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients within the electric motor industry, presenting our high-quality precision sheet metal components, and providing tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Identify and prospect potential clients within the electric motor industry to expand the customer base.

2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.

3. Present and demonstrate our range of precision sheet metal components to key decision-makers and technical teams.

4. Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions to address their specific needs and challenges.

5. Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and production, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of components to clients.

6. Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

7. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.

8. Utilize CRM software to manage sales leads, track customer interactions, and maintain accurate records.

9. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our products and services.

10. Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

2. Proven track record of 3-5 years in technical sales, preferably selling precision sheet metal components to electric motor companies.

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

5. Demonstrated negotiation and closing skills with a focus on achieving sales targets.

6. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.

8. Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office suite.

9. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

Location : North Goa

Timings: 9:00am to 5:30 pm

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
