**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Team Leadership and Supervision**:
- Supervise and lead the front-of-house team, including servers, hosts, and bussers, ensuring that service standards are consistently met.
- Delegate tasks efficiently, ensuring the team is prepared and organized for service.
- Conduct briefings at the start of each shift to communicate important information, updates, and daily goals.
- Train, mentor, and provide feedback to staff, fostering a positive and high-performance work environment.
- Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, hospitality, and teamwork.
- **Guest Service Management**:
- Ensure all guests are greeted promptly and receive a warm, welcoming experience upon arrival.
- Manage guest reservations, seating arrangements, and flow to minimize wait times while ensuring a smooth dining experience.
- Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
- Oversee the dining experience from start to finish, ensuring service runs smoothly and all guest needs are met.
- **Operations and Service Standards**:
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring tables, chairs, and surrounding areas are spotless and ready for service.
- Ensure food and beverage orders are accurately taken, processed, and delivered in a timely manner.
- Monitor the pacing of service to ensure it aligns with restaurant standards for timing and quality.
- Ensure proper communication between the front-of-house and kitchen staff to manage special requests, dietary needs, and any issues that may arise.
- **Inventory and Stock Management**:
- Monitor and manage the inventory of front-of-house supplies such as napkins, utensils, glassware, etc.
- Coordinate with the management team to ensure stock levels are maintained, placing orders when necessary.
- **Compliance and Safety**:
- Ensure that all health, safety, and sanitation standards are met in the dining area, including compliance with food safety regulations.
- Ensure all front-of-house staff are adhering to company policies, including uniform standards, hygiene, and alcohol service protocols.
- Monitor staff for proper handling of cash, credit card transactions, and tips.
- **Administrative Tasks**:
- Maintain and update guest reservation logs, special requests, and seating arrangements.
- Complete shift reports, noting any issues, guest feedback, or service challenges, and communicate them to the management team.
- Assist in staff scheduling and labor cost management, ensuring adequate coverage for peak hours.
- **Collaboration with Management**:
- Communicate regularly with restaurant management to update on team performance, guest satisfaction, and operational challenges.
- Provide suggestions for process improvements and contribute to the development of the restaurant’s service standards.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
