**Job Title**: Sales Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Coordination**:
Act as the single point of contact for key clients, ensuring timely communication, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- **Order & Inventory Coordination**:
Follow up on pending orders daily by liaising with the **Local Purchase** teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- **Invoicing & Payment Recovery**:
Responsible for preparing and processing daily invoices; coordinate invoice receipts and assist the Recovery Team in timely collection of payments.
- **Customer Support & Service**:
Handle customer queries and grievances related to deliveries, returns, product issues, system errors, and brand-related concerns. Ensure timely resolution in coordination with relevant departments.
- **After-Sales Service**:
Ensure proper follow-up and closure of service requests, feedback, and complaints from clients to build long-term relationships.
- ensure timely upload and accuracy of data in SAP.

**Key Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, SAP, and order management systems
- Excellent problem-solving and coordination abilities
- Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks under pressure
- Strong customer service orientation
- Knowledge of logistics and warehouse coordination is an added advantage

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations.
- Prior experience in handling HoReCa clients is preferred
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
