We are Hiring for one of our client in Insurance Sector.

**Job Description**:
The Sales Officer will be responsible for selling insurance products and services to potential and existing customers. They will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify potential customers and generate leads through various sources
- Sell insurance products and services to customers and meet sales targets
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Explain insurance policies and coverage options to customers
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors’ products
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the insurance industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of insurance products and services

Working Conditions:
The Sales Officer will work in an office environment and may need to travel to meet with clients. They may also be required to work on weekends or outside regular business hours.
