**Sales Back Office Associate**

**Who We Are**

**About the Role**

The person in this role will work directly with the Sales Team and support them with a variety of responsibilities We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, enthusiastic and organized.

**As a Sales Back Office Associate, you will**
- Handle and follow up with customers, distributors and suppliers for enquiries, quotations, PI, orders etc
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to keep processes smooth flowing
- Support the sales team in documentation by making entry of sales orders, enquiry and quotations in Tally
- Study the re tender agreements or export documentation, prepare LoA, and fill in the details in the documents or format provided by the customer
- Follow up with stakeholders for payments

**The skills and experience required are**
- Any relevant Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English, Hindi and Marathi
- Computer skills for platforms including GSuite and Microsoft Office
- Availability to work full time

**Things that are nice to have**
- Work experience in sales or customer support roles
- Experience in using Tally
- Prior exposure in a fast paced corporate environment
