The Job Profile is for **Back Office Coordinator**

Job title: Back Office Executive

Location: Vartak Nagar, Thane West

Education: Commerce Graduate, ICMA/ ICAI Drop-out

**Key Responsibilities-**:
Manage the CA's calendar, schedule client meetings, and coordinate appointments.

Follow up with clients for pending documents and payments.

Maintain and organize firm files (both digital and physical).

Prepare and send invoices; follow up on receivables.

Liaise with clients for engagement letters and basic documentation.

Coordinate with staff on pending task status

Coordinate with vendors, office suppliers, and service providers.

Assist in basic marketing tasks (sending greetings, updating social posts).

Handle tasks bill payments.
- **Skills & Qualifications**

Graduate in any discipline; additional admin/secretarial training is a plus.

experience in an administrative or PA role.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.

Familiarity with basic financial terms (e.g., invoice, GST, ITR) is preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Highly organized, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Discreet and professional in handling confidential information.

Experience working in a CA firm or financial services environment.

Basic knowledge of Tally or accounting software.
