**About this team**:
**What you will be doing**:

- Provides technical support activities for a software production processing environment.
- Detects, diagnoses and reports related problems.

**What you bring**:

- Should have 6 to 10 years of experience on Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) and Citrix Application Support.
- Good experience in Windows Servers, Active Directory, Scheduling Jobs, windows Registry setting. Experience in ITIL Process eg problem management, change management, incident Management.
- Provide technical support for issues related to clients hosted environments for FIS CATR.
- Ability to Automate repetitive tasks using script e.g. PowerShell script, Perl scripting
- Deploy product upgrades/Patches on the clients Production environment.
- Coordination between different teams during a production incident / Client On-Boarding.Design procedures for implementation, system troubleshooting and maintenance. Develop scripts to automate repetitive tasks, issues resolution scripting.
- Work on APAC/EMEA/US shifts and require weekend availability for frequent changes on the system.

**Added bonus if you have**:

- Financial markets knowledge
- Experience of multi-server distributed systems
- Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles, i.e., waterfall, iterative and other modern approaches to software development
- Knowledge of FIS’ products and services
- Knowledge of the business goals, objectives and business operations for the appropriate FIS organization
