About Company : They balance innovation with an open, friendly culture and the backing of a long-established parent company, known for its ethical reputation.We guide customers from whats now to whats next by unlocking the value of their data and applications to solve their digital challenges, achieving outcomes that benefit both business and society.Job Title : Citrix Administrator.Location : Mode : Hybrid Mode.Experience : 3-5 years.Job Type : Contract to hire (C2H).Notice Period : Immediate joiners.JOB DISCRIPTION : Mandatory Skills : Citrix ,MCs,PVs,Azure cloud.We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Citrix to join our team As a Citrix you will be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining Citrix technologies You will collaborate with cross functional teams to understand business requirements design scalable and secure architectures and ensure a smooth deployment and operation.Responsibilities : - Solution Design Architect endtoend virtual desktop solutions by analyzing business requirements assessing existing infrastructure and designing scalable secure and highperformance architectures.- Citrix Integration Design and integrate Citrix products including Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Citrix ADC and Citrix Cloud with Azure virtual desktop services to provide a comprehensive and cohesive virtual desktop solution.- Azure Virtual Desktop Configuration Configure and manage Azure virtual machines session hosts virtual networks and storage to create and maintain Azure virtual desktop environments Ensure proper image management user profile management and application delivery mechanisms.- Identity and Access Management Design and implement identity and access management strategies including integration with Azure Active Directory multifactor authentication and rolebased access controls for virtual desktop environments.- Network Infrastructure Design and configure network connectivity between onpremises infrastructure and Azure including network security measures such as firewalls VPNs and load balancers to ensure secure and efficient data transfer.- Performance Optimization Optimize virtual desktop environments for performance scalability and user experience Monitor and tune resource allocation load balancing and network bandwidth to ensure optimal performance.- Security and Compliance Implement security measures including data encryption access controls and compliance requirements to protect virtual desktop environments and ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies.- High Availability and Disaster Recovery Design and implement high availability and disaster recovery solutions to minimize downtime and data loss Create redundancy mechanisms backup strategies and failover mechanisms to ensure business continuity.- Monitoring and Troubleshooting Set up monitoring tools and processes to proactively monitor the virtual desktop infrastructure Identify and troubleshoot performance issues system errors and network connectivity problems to maintain a stable and reliable environment.- Documentation and Collaboration Create design documentation implementation guides and operational procedures Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including infrastructure teams security teams and application owners to ensure successful deployment and ongoing management of virtual desktop solutions.Requirements : - Bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a related field or equivalent work experience.- Several years of experience as a Citrix Architect or similar role designing and implementing virtual desktop solutions using Citrix technologies.- Strong knowledge of Azure virtual desktop services including Azure Virtual Machines Azure Active Directory and virtual networks.- Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Citrix ADC and Citrix Cloud.- Experience in network design including connectivity options firewalls VPNs and load balancers.- Familiarity with identity and access management concepts including Azure Active Directory multifactor authentication and rolebased access controls.- Understanding of performance optimization techniques monitoring tools and troubleshooting methodologies.- Knowledge of security best practices data encryption access controls and compliance requirements.- Experience in designing high availability and disaster recovery solutions for virtual desktop environments.- Excellent documentation and communication skills.- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.- Certifications in Citrix and Azure technologies are a plus.
