WHO YOU ARE:
WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Manage Citrix XenDesktop and XenApp on a VMware platform, including configuration, automation, and maintenance.
- Implement automation for VDAs to ensure efficient and scalable operations.
- Utilize Citrix Cloud for administration and management of Citrix environments.
- Monitor resource needs and expand as necessary to meet demand.
- Implement and manage a maintenance schedule for VDA agents, Microsoft Patches, and other updates on an automated basis.
- Set up auto-assigned VDIs and automate removal of unused VDIs.
- Implement and manage a maintenance schedule through Intune/SCCM for all VDIs to ensure regular patching.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Citrix-related issues, including performance, connectivity, and user access.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Citrix solutions that meet business requirements.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

- 5-8 years of proven experience with Citrix XenDesktop and XenApp on a VMware platform, Citrix Storefront, Delivery Controllers, and Director.
- Strong understanding of automation techniques for VDAs and Citrix Cloud administration.
- Experience with Microsoft Group Policy, Microsoft Windows Servers, and FSLogix profile management.
- Knowledge of resource monitoring and capacity planning for Citrix environments.
- Ability to implement and manage automated maintenance schedules for Citrix environments.
- Familiarity with Intune/SCCM for patch management in VDI environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for Citrix-related issues.
- Relevant Citrix certifications, such as CCA-V or CCP-V, are a plus.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in software engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
