Multiple Roles for Compute Manager - L2 L3 support Experience required in a range of following periods for different roles : 2 to 4 yrs 4 to 6 yrs 6 to 9 yrs 9 to 12 yrs Shift based 24x7 model Job location: Mumbai / Pune Combinations of Primary & Secondary Skills â?? combination of a b c d below: a) Windows Server 2012 and 2016 Administration b) Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS) c) Citrix Xen App Administration d) VMware Horizon -VDI If Primary Skills are a & b Then Secondary Skills required on c & d If Primary skills are a & c Then Secondary skills required on b & d If Primary technology including AD Forests Domains Trusts DNS DHCP Group Policy and Organizational Units. â?¢ Plan and execute Active Directory Domain level upgrades. â?¢ Troubleshoot & resolve Active Directory GPO Active Directory Federated Services & password/identity management systems. â?¢ Review domain level rights & privileges perform changes to the same as appropriate. â?¢ Assist in management and support of internal & external DNS systems internal DHCP architecture and scoping. â?¢ Work with stakeholders & other technical teams to collect business & technical requirements design/deliver enterprise level solutions. â?¢ Create/update technical documentation of operating procedures as needed. â?¢ Maintain standards for installation of infrastructure software / hardware installations. Citrix XenApp Administration â?¢ Citrix CCA Certification is preferred. â?¢ SCCM & Appsense understanding is preferred â?¢ Application implementation on Citrix & troubleshooting concepts related to APPS & OS is preferred. â?¢ Expert on all versions of Citrix & strong knowledge of Citrix NetScaler SDX & VPX/Storefront /Web Interface/Director/Edge sight and the communication between them and Citrix farm. â?¢ Understanding of SSL Certificate and to perform the updates and renewal on Servers and NetScaler device. Managing Citrix storefront and MS/ Citrix Licensing. â?¢ Troubleshooting Citrix based problems with RCA â?¢ Experience on Appsense Soft grid thin print preferred. â?¢ Strong understanding of Load balancer Policies in Citrix and Profile Management. â?¢ Experience in packaging and deploying application on Citrix farm using Citrix packager or tools like install shield Wyse etc. Experience on Citrix farm performance tuning.
